Sample resume and sample posting. Not a customer.
- 01You are sending forty applications. If tailoring each one takes thirty minutes, that is a full work week of rewriting.
- 02So you send the same resume, and hear nothing back.
- 03AutoTailor does the rewrite. You review it, download it, and move to the next job.
Three steps. After the first time, each job is one paste.
- 01
Upload your resume once.
PDF or Word. We read it and keep it as your profile, so you never retype it.
- 02
Paste a job link.
Or paste the job description. We pull out what the employer actually asks for.
- 03
Get a version written for that job.
See what changed and why, download the PDF, send it. Next job: paste the link and repeat.
We never apply for you.
Fast, and crafted for each job. You hit submit.
Crafted per job
Each resume is written for one posting, in its language, from what is already on your resume. Not a template with keywords stuffed in.
You review every change
Every rewrite comes with the reason behind it. Keep it, edit it, or revert it before you download.
You press submit
We never apply for you and never log in to job boards. Your resume goes out only when you send it.
Questions, answered plainly.
Two full tailorings, each with a match report and a rewritten resume, plus PDF download. No card. It is a one-time allowance.
Optional credit packs are on the way, one credit per tailoring, no subscription. Nothing is charged without your say-so, and you will see the details before you pay.
No. Upload once; each new job is a paste.
No. AutoTailor never applies to jobs for you, never logs in to job boards, and never sends anything on your behalf. You review the tailored resume, download it, and submit it yourself. Some job sites restrict bots and automation, such as LinkedIn's User Agreement, so keeping your hands on the wheel also keeps your accounts safe.
It is stored in your account and sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, under its API terms, to write your tailored version. We do not sell it or share it with employers. You can request account deletion through our contact page, and your data is deleted within 30 days, as set out in our Terms.
It rewrites what is already on your resume in the job's language. It should not add jobs, degrees or numbers you do not have, and anything it is unsure about is flagged for you to confirm.
Our PDFs are single-column plain text with standard headings, which applicant tracking systems read well. We cannot promise a result at any specific employer.
You do not lose the credit. Failed runs are refunded automatically.
Your next application should not start from a blank page.
